Meet Greg Cooper

Greg Cooper is a commercial real estate advisor and development strategist with more than $2 billion in career transaction experience, including over $650 million in institutional investment sales.
He advises investors, developers, landowners, and business owners on the acquisition, disposition, and strategic positioning of real estate assets across Austin. His work spans commercial properties, land, and development opportunities, as well as select high-end residential projects where product, pricing, and market positioning are critical.
Greg’s background includes leading a national investment sales platform at Offerd, where he built and managed a 30-person team focused on sourcing and executing institutional transactions across multiple asset classes. Prior to that, he built and led one of the top-performing real estate teams in the country and later served in senior leadership roles overseeing large brokerage operations in Central Texas.
​​​​​​​He holds a law degree from the University of Texas, which informs his approach to negotiation, deal structuring, and complex transactions.
